When we arrived, we initially tried to park in the parking garage we parked, and then quickly realized all the elevators were disabled so we had to walk our luggage down into the hotel. Next, we got the car in validated. Then we went and checked in, went upstairs to our room to find that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Went to use the phone to call the staff. The phone did not work. Finally sent us a text message to the front desk and they move us to a new room. Got into the new open the drawer to put away clothing and there was a roach in the drawer. Next called and again they moved us to a different room. Then the next day housekeeping never came had to call for housekeeping. Today we left our room housekeeping came in. They laid the trash bags on the trash cans for us to put the trash bags in. And did not take the used towels. I’ve stayed in Hilton properties before, but this is unacceptable.

All elevators in parking garage were out and you did not know until you got to that floor of the garage. We had elderly family members who had to walk stairs. Person working in parking garage not friendly or helpful

Everything was great other than all the elevators being out of order in the garage attached to the Hampton. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal but we were traveling with our younger children this trip and with luggage and strollers the stairs just were not an option. We ended up parking across the street at 600 Vine and had a good experience there other than having to lug everything across Vine St to get back and forth to the hotel.
