Great stay

The room was large, comfortable and clean. We could have walked to all of our destinations if it weren't raining on Saturday, but still only Ubered once. Breakfast was free and delicious, breakfast staff was fantastic!!! Only down side at all was that the hallways were sauna level hot.

The hotel was chosen because I had plans in downtown Cincy and it appeared to meet the accessibility needs we had - my mother uses a walker and is VERY limited in her ability to walk any distance. According to the Expedia information, the hotel had parking available and was fully accessible. Well that was faulty information as there was nobody manning the valet parking (an extra $42.00!) and the parking garage elevators were completely out of order. The very poor signage indicated hotel parking was on level 3, so that was 3 floors of stairs to climb up and down. Absolutely NO Way we could do that. I called the front desk from the parking garage and she suggested the valet parking so we came back down, drove around the one way streets to find no bodies manning the valet parking. We ended up missing the downtown activity I had planned on, we went elsewhere and payed for a second room north of the city.

As any other downtown, need to find your own parking . $25 per 24 hours was able to find parking less than 5 minutes walk . Good breakfast . Great service. Nice location

We love the location as it is easily accessible to so many things. The parking garage that we parked in was a little tough as the elevators were all down and I paid $55 for a 2 night stay, which I feel is a little much. I would say we enjoyed the room and the shower was great but the pillows left a little to be desired. Enjoyed the stay though!!

Beautiful hotel. Clean and quiet. Staff was rude and not helpful when checking in. We are Hilton Honors members and were told we were did not qualify for the hospitality bag. Called next morning to complain about our terrible check in. They did try to make it up to us and offered the honors benefits.
