Unfortunately our stay at this hotel was not great at all. Firstly, there was no hand soap in the room and when I asked the front desk staff if they had any I was met with confusion and offered only face wash. I have never stayed at a hotel with no hand soap (bottle or bar) on site, and I did have to go purchase my own for the stay. The next issue I noticed was upon showering for the night, both the sink and shower water was a very cloudy gray, and it did leave me with a decent amount of acne over my stay. When getting out of the shower, I was then made aware there was no fan to ventilate the bathroom, which in turn made the entire room muggy for the stay as you also can't crack a window anywhere either. Next when getting ready for bed I noticed one of the beds (the one closer to the door) was definitely slightly broken. Half of the mattress was firm, but the other half was sunken in as if somebody had jumped onto it repeatedly. And upon getting ready the first morning, I noticed the cleaning staff did not fully clean our room prior to us arriving and checking in. Under the night stand and by the headboard of both beds was garbage and food remnants from a previous tenant. And lastly, on our final night, there was an incident with police and a homeless woman in the lobby. We were met with rudeness by the officers and no help with directions on how to get up to our room from the staff as the incident was directly in front the elevators. Overall, not a great experience.
