While the room was in good condition & we were pleased overall, the surprise $10 parking charge knocked this review down considerably. This was not explained when we checked in (we were handed a paper to display on our dashboard) and I don't see any mention of it in the Expedia listing. I didn't know about this charge until it turned up on my credit card. This made a good experience a negative one and we will not be staying here again.

Checkin was awful. Reservation under husbands name paid with my cc. But receptionist would not allow me to check in despite our address being the same. She also would not give me the parking pass until he came in, so i had to go back out into the freezing cold weather twice. It was late and i was tired, this was not a good first impression. Also it is not good that you hide the parking fee. I wasnt aware of it until check in and the price was the reason we chose hilton over the other options. So my room ended up costing $50 more than it said on line. I would not recommend staying here for this reason. I dont like sneaky. Beds were very hard

Nice room but there was no conditioner in the shower. Would have liked some additional toppings offered for the waffles. Other Hampton Inns have had better/more options. Good location convenient to Cincinnati.
