We had a wonderful time during our stay. My only complaint would be that we stayed 5 nights and the housekeeping staff never once cleaned our room or changed our sheets when they were on our floor every day when we left to go to our events.

We had to wait over 2hrs to check-in as our room was not ready. This completely threw off our plans for our spring break overnight trip and it was extremely disappointing for our kids. We have stayed at this property for years but have had to wait 1-2hrs for a room the past couple stays. Very disappointing. Not good customer service or hospitality.

Property was nice and clean and very convenient to Newport on the Levee. The only negative I had was some road noise was extremely loud that the room window didn't mute very much.
