Front desk clerk at night was not helpful at all. We had to go down there (because the phone in our room didn’t work) for an extra blanket because there was nothing for the pull out in our room. She told us she might be able to get us something sometime but she was the only one working. We never got them.

The wonderful woman who checked us in Tuesday evening was very courteous and polite. The room was super clean The beds were comfortable with extra pillows. The walk-in shower was the topper!!!! Absolutely 💯 love! The hotel provided easy access to the bridge and all restaurants by the river. We will definitely be back!!!

Have stayed at this hotel several times now. Checkin and out was smooth and easy, room was clean and we had no issues. Kristina at the front desk was a star as always. The only downside is the breakfast, its not complimentary and not close to be worth $10.95 they charge for it. Limited options and we went at 7 am when it says open at 6:30 and it wasnt completly set up and was luke warm at best for what was there.

There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom...looks like something tried to patch it but did a half job on it. But to have that in the bathroom...for the price that I paid for the room to me seemed kind of ridiculous. I have a pic if proof is needed

Computer system was down all afternoon… could not check in guests until making adjustments and finally giving people room keys closer to 4:00. Some folks had been in the lobby since 1:00pm… no offer of anything, water, coffee… lights stayed off in the lounge ( could have at least turned those on since many people waiting were sitting there in the dark) … front desk staff were frustrated I’m sure, but were rather rude to guests coming in the door… hopefully just an out of the ordinary occurrence… the location is great for the ballparks… 1.3 mile walk to the stadiums….
