The pool advertised was outdoors and not open due to winter so no swimming for the family and was a huge disappointment. Also very poor upkeep and very rough finishes.

Front desk clerk at night was not helpful at all. We had to go down there (because the phone in our room didn’t work) for an extra blanket because there was nothing for the pull out in our room. She told us she might be able to get us something sometime but she was the only one working. We never got them.
