Absolutely Loved this Property Malia at the Front Desk was Amazing!!! She was so kind and helpful with anything we needed !! The parking was very easy across the street and was around $12.50 or so to park overnight . We walked to Great American Ballpark for a Reds game and there were plenty of dining options to choose from . We are Definitely planning on staying here again !!! Walked Down Sycamore to get to the ballpark !! They also have dining and bar onsite .

Best sleep I ever had away from home! After our concert ended, we were starving. We were so happy to see a very nice variety of frozen meals/snacks, available to purchase in the lobby, that filled us up immediately, since it was after midnight on a Thursday. Be sure to purchase parking when you make your reservation, since it is limited. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was exceptionally clean.

We found hair on the bed and pillow, which made it clear the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The sheets smelled unpleasant, and the toilet also had hair on it. We only stayed one night after driving nine hours for a meeting, so we were too exhausted to argue, but it was a very disappointing experience. We left early the next morning and will not be returning. This was the worst IHG property we’ve ever stayed at.

Outstanding Stay!

We couldn't have choose a better Hotel for our two night stay in Cincinnati. Easy to arrive off major highway with parking garage right next to lobby. Very friendly staff made us feel welcome right from our arrival. Small and cozy hotel with everything you could ask for. Super clean and very quiet. Even took advantage of the five foot indoor pool. Hard Rock Casino three blocks away and Paycor Stadium 20 minute walk. Parked my car on arrival and never had to use it till driving home. This place gets a A+.
