Room dimly lit, no video streaming available, coffee/tea service limited to breakfast hours rather than throughout the day as do other motels. No paper plates and disposable cutlery offered to use after microwaving food. Unappetizing breakfast.

Overall our stay was great. The recipients working at check in and check out were great. I had 2 rooms, one room for my husband, son and I and the other my mom, sister and 3 kids. This morning my mom noticed something shiny on the floor near the bathroom sliding door. It was glass. Thankfully, no one stepped on it and got glass in their foot. I just want the hotel to be aware of this (yes we let them know when checking out) and I am not charged a fee for something we had nothing to do with.

Fruit was horrible and had evidently been frozen, the boiled eggs were old and smelled, orange juice or somethink akin to that was terrible, too many people and not enough seats. Last nigjt yhere a very loud party until after 2am and i had to be up at 4 to catch a fligjht, the in room phone didnt have a plug so it was useless.
