The apartment was pretty clean. Plenty of space and comfortable beds/furniture. The entry and parking were complicated. All the parking spots were numbers only but the parking space we were told to use by the management had a letter associated with it which was confusing. The worst part was the hoops you had to jump through to confirm the rental. The rental is managed by a company called Landing which seems to deal with more long-term rentals. You have to provide them with an abundance of personal info and download an app to complete everything and if you don't, they don't send you the check-in instructions. This would be ok if you were leasing this apt for a year but for a two-night stay it was extreme.

Do NOT stay here! Check in was horribly confusing because they never sent the actual instructions until I called. The Landing app was useless, as the check in instructions there were completely inaccurate. Unit itself was extremely dirty and disgusting, kitchen counters were dirty, floors not swept, and bathtubs were filthy and disgusting (including hairs in the tub from someone shaving). There were even toe nail clippings on the bathroom floor!! The beds did not have blankets or comforters. None! Just a sheet! Who rents a place with no blankets?? Also, this property is across from the hospital, so ambulances constantly passing by with sirens on right outside your bedroom window. Cars and motorcycles also treat this street as their personal dragstrip all night long! If you want to get some rest, stay somewhere else!
