Jonathan double booked the property, and so I was not able to stay there. I traveled from Detroit to Cincinnati and when I arrived, Jonathan was not responsive to my requests for instructions to get in. I had to call Vrbo customer service, and they were not able to help me either, and told me I can't stay there. I had to scramble to book a hotel since I had no other place to stay. I was very upset and will probably not book another Vrbo property ever again. It was a very frustrating and stressful experience. This Jonathan guy is not trustworthy.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Do not book this property until the host figures out how to manage it properly. I tried for days to contact the host with no response. Over a holiday weekend & with the Reds in town, I was left scrambling to find a last-minute hotel and ended up spending over 200 more than planned. The host never personally reached out to me, only a “friend” who said he was in a meeting and too busy to respond. That is unacceptable. After the fact, the host tried to blame VRBO, but I’ve found VRBO to be extremely responsive and helpful—unlike the host, who never even got back to them directly. This was a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this listing until the host takes responsibility and actually communicates with guests.

Jonathon, never gave us access codes, I tried to call, phone disconnected. Texted him, he got back to us an hour later- said he would meet us and credit us one night. Never showed. Nightmare!
