Convenient Clean Quite

Check in/out were super easy. Communication was excellent. We found the place and appliances clean. We parked one car in back and the other car always had a place right out front. Our Cincinnati activities were just 12-15 min away and no traffic issues. Kitchen utensils were basic, we could have used one more sauce pan. Beds were comfortable. The uneven floors added "character ". Quite neighborhood.

Convenient location

Location for this property is excellent. Almost everything is 10-15 mins away at the most. Felt like a safe area, never felt unsafe. The space itself is nice. The balcony off the main bedroom is nice for sunrises. Couples things: parking is rough unless you have a larger vehicle. The nature of the alley leading to the parking space is very bumpy. But there was always street space if necessary. Had some lock malfunction on the first night but maintenance came quickly the very next morning and got it fixed. Maintenance guy was extremely nice as well. We also had some…upstairs neighbors? We asked maintenance to check if there was potentially a raccoon in the attic to which he said he would do when we weren’t around. We didn’t hear any critter noises after that, so again, it was resolved quickly. Overall a mostly enjoyable trip!

Vacation

Parking is horrible. Front very steep for an elderly person. Back parking hard to get into when vehicles parked on behind property. Vehicle barily fit. Should remove the rocks sticking out on both sides to have more room to turn and the ledge to get into drive is high. The issues with the mice wasnt great. Just disappointed as the picture does not tell the real story of location. Needs more window shades thruout house. Sorry, but i have stayed in many vac homes. At least others had more kitchen accessories like larger bowls. House cute on inside, just needs some more work.
