This place has a nice balance of new and old and is very charming. Especially the upper floor. It's also on a quiet street even though it's very close to the interstate. I would recommend you have a car if staying here as it's in a neighborhood and not much in walking distance

The property is spacious and nicely decorated and has everything you need. Location is great - green, close to parks but also close to the highway. We stayed here while visiting Cincinnati Open and it was an easy 20-min drive. The owner kindly allow us to check in and check out 1 hour early for free. Communication was smooth as well.

The house was in much different condition than the pictures. The door was left wide open upon check in. The communication with the property management was excellent. They were quite responsive. While I wouldn’t stay here again I appreciated the company.

Nice place close to lots of places to eat and see
Bathroom needs a little work but it was functional. Over all nice. No problem for me and my friend but you might want to let guests know about the stairs.

Smelled of mold
Photos were a bit misleading. Very old home with no useable closets to hang clothes. I've stayed in old homes were they provided a clothing rack or other means. Also had a very moldy smell

Bachelor Party
My friends and I stayed at this property for my bachelor party and we had an amazing time. We also understood that this could make renters nervous, but we took great care of the poperty and cleaned as necessary.

Clean ans Simple
Exactly what we needed for a quick get away. Clean, easy communications, and a good location. Not a ton of cooking implements but we didn’t need them. Found it odd there was no trash can in the bathroom.

Perfect location and attentive staff
We enjoyed our stay in Cincinnati and were very happy with our host, Grand Welcome. The two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs. We had an issue with the downstairs apartment (a dog that barked non-stop when the owners were away). After three hours I decided to message the host. The host was very helpful and immediately notified the owners. We were also missing an item/amenity that was listed on the VRBO listing, and the staff took care of having the item replaced and delivered. Highly recommend!

Comfortable for a Weekend
We enjoyed the cozy feel and thoughtful design of this historic home. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the water stayed warm. The covered balcony was a nice bonus, and in nicer weather, it would be a great spot for coffee. The neighborhood felt safe and was full of charming, well-maintained historic homes. Having off-street parking in the back was also a nice convenience. That said, the home is very old. The bathroom had a strong sewage and mildew odor, and the blinds in the main bedroom were broken, making privacy difficult. Noise carries significantly due to the wooden stairs and flooring, which is something to consider for light sleepers or guests with pets. The loft worked for a short stay with a third adult but gets stuffy. We also had some inconveniences upon arrival—the key code we were given didn’t work, so we had to call and get a generic code. Then, the WiFi wasn’t working, and I had to go into the downstairs unit to reset the router, which had been completely unplugged. Luckily, the other renters hadn’t arrived yet, so we were able to access it. While the host was very responsive, we felt these were issues that should have been checked before our stay.Overall, this place is best suited for two adults and has a lot of charm, but some maintenance and attention to detail would improve the experience.
