The hotel was clean and felt new, which I appreciated. I loved that there were restaurants within walking distance — perfect since this was a work trip and I had my family with me. Most of the staff were friendly, but a couple of small interactions could’ve been better. Breakfast was good, though one employee seemed bothered when I asked for a plate to take some food up to my son. At check-in, I was given the wrong room and the front desk insisted it was better for me, which wasn’t helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great city.

We found the location very convenient. There’s a lot to do surrounding the hotel. The free breakfast was good, our room was very clean. The staff was delightful and very helpful. We were helped by Peta-Gay during our stay and she always had a smile and was very helpful.

The hotel is new and very clean. The stay was very good. The issue was that we came in to check-in and no one was at the reception, we had to wait 45 minutes. we called all the phone numbers they had at the desk and no one came.
