Must-see popular attractions of this area include the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, the Cincinnati Art Museum, the many historic sites that tell the story of how the city came to life, as well as the scenic Ohio River and the parks that line it. In the downstairs Vista View Villa 1, the living room offers a plush, L-shaped sofa and a smart TV. A dedicated workspace is a focused area to catch up on emails should work come calling while you’re away. The kitchen is fully equipped for any of your mealtime endeavors and features ample counterspace and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Here, you can also enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for 4 or break out the cards for an evening of friendly competition. The home’s porch is the perfect place to take your morning coffee as you plan out the day’s activities.



In the upstairs Vista Villa View 2, the living room offers cozy leather sofa seating and a smart TV. A second living space on the 3rd floor is a quiet retreat to enjoy your own entertainment in the form of a good book or a favorite movie. The kitchen is fully equipped for any of your mealtime endeavors and features ample counterspace and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Enjoy your fare together with a view of the neighborhood at the dining room table with seating for 4. The kitchen balcony is a tranquil spot to sip your fresh cup of morning coffee as you plan out the exciting day ahead.

Vista View Villa 1

This home sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom inclusive of a luxurious queen size bed with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep.



The home’s full guest bathroom includes a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo.



Vista View Villa 2

This home sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a private balcony.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a workspace with desk with chair.



The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in each home.

• Driveway or street parking available for 2 vehicles.

• These homes are equipped with an external Ring security camera system monitoring the exterior of the building.
