Das Haus (Doppeleinfamilienhaus) ist sehr grosszügig konzipiert und bietet viel Platz in allen Räumen. Eine Renovation wäre empfehlenswert,da diverse kleinere Mängel bestehen wie z.B. klemmende und/oder nicht verriegelbare Fenster und Türen, defekte Silikonfugen in den Nasszellen und diverse gerissene Fliesen im Aussenbereich. Die Küche ist dürftig ausgerüstet und für die angegeben 6 Personen sicher zu knapp. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig mit Autostrada-Anschluss in ca. 5min erreichbar.

Grosszügige Villa im Olivenhain

Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend um di ligurische Küste zu entdecken.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in der Nähe gut erreichbar und zahlreich vorhanden. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte demnächst mal saniert werden. Einzelne Fenster lassen sich nicht mehr normal öffnen bzw. ganz schliessen und die Haustüre verriegelt nur unbefriedigend und müsste zumindest justiert werden.Auch die Grundausstattung der Küche war dürftig und für die zugelasene Anzahl Personen zu knapp. Der Garten, die PP auf dem eingezäunten Gelände und Sitzmöglichkeiten auf den Aussenplätzen sind top. Es handelt sich um ein Doppeleinfamilienhaus, wobei alles mit Maschendrahtzaun getrennt ist bis auf die Dachterrasse,welche gemeinsam zur Nutzung steht.Die Nachbarn haben zwei grosse Hunde,welche aber gut erzogen und sehr brav sind. Wenn demnächst ein wenig renoviert wird, können wir dieses Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.

Gute Location

Das Haus liegt in einer angenehmen Wohngegend und man kann einen ruhigen Urlaub dort verbringen. Wir waren für 2 Wochen da und hatten eine gute Zeit. Allerdings müsste mal die ein oder andere Reparatur am Haus vorgenommen werden. Auch ist zu beachten, dass bei gleichzeitiger Benutzung von Herd und Backofen regelmäßig der Strom ausfällt.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist riesig, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, war sauber, ruhig gelegen und hat einen großen Garten. Die Kleine hat viel Spaß auf den Spielgeräten gehabt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus mit tollen Garten

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Teenagern und unserem Dreijährigen unterwegs. Das Haus und der große Garten sind sehr schön (mit Rutsche und Schaukeln) in ruhiger Lage außerhalb des netten Örtchens Cisano sul Neva. Die Hausübergabe klappte gut, trotz Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. Das Haus ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Leider war nicht wirklich sauber geputzt. Wir haben im nahen Supermarkt ein paar Putzmittel gekauft. Nach unserer eigenen Grundreinigung haben wir uns dann sehr wohl gefühlt.

schöne Anlage, schlicht gehalten, mit jeglichem Komfort. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vorallem der kleine Ort cisano sul neva. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Albenga.

Wystarczający

Zalety: Przestronny dom z pełnym wyposażeniem. W opisie obiektu brakuje informacji, że jest żelazko + elektryczna kawiarka. Dostępny bardzo przestronny garaż. Wady: Niedomykająca się brama. Za każdym razem trzeba było wyjść z auta i domknąć ręcznie. Brak klimatyzacji na parterze. Komary. Takiej chmary natarczywych owadów nie widziałem od dawna. Po pierwszych 2 nocach 24 ugryzienia na 1 ręce. Przy używaniu codziennie wieczorem różnych środków zaradczych spirale, aerozole tylko 2-3 dziennie.
