Nestled among ancient oaks and the hills of the Itria Valley, this property offers a unique layout, perfect for groups or families wishing to share a holiday while maintaining maximum privacy: each bedroom is independent and accessible only from outside, with no internal connections between units.



Guests have access to a new 10 sqm Wellness area designed for total relaxation, bookable in advance: a 4-seat Jacuzzi mini-pool, Finnish sauna, and sensory shower. This rejuvenating retreat is included in your stay, allowing you to experience the Itria Valley in harmony.



The property is set on different levels, and each room opens directly onto the furnished patio or main courtyard. The 4 courtyard suites: from the central courtyard, you reach 4 independent double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. These rooms are not interconnected inside, ensuring peace and privacy. The family suite: one room features an evocative alcove with a double sofa bed, ideal for a family of four. The Loft House: a two-level independent annex with bathroom and an armchair bed for a child on the ground floor; an iron staircase leads to the mezzanine with a double bed. Gym area: fitness space among the olive trees.



The main kitchen is accessible from outside and serves as the group’s common meeting point. On request, you can book daily breakfast service available for an extra fee.



Outside, a turquoise 12x6 meter pool awaits, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding landscape.
