Beautiful villa with garden and private pool 100 meters from the beach.. The property is distributed over 2 floors and is located in the urbanization of Sa Caleta in the municipality of Ciutadella de Menorca.

It is an ideal home for families with children who wish to enjoy a pleasant holiday on the island and at the same time spend a pleasant and relaxing stay in our villa.

The ground floor has:

* A complete kitchen equipped with: Dishwasher, oven, microwave,
3 types of coffee maker, juicer, toaster, kettle, blender,
all kinds of kitchenware for cooking and serving the table...

* One bedroom equipped with two single beds.
* Laundry room with toilet
* From a living / dining room with direct access to a large terrace, from the
where you can enjoy relaxing meals overlooking the pool.

The 1st floor has:
* 2 bedrooms with double bed and fitted wardrobes, one of them with a full bathroom with bathtub
* 1 bedroom with two single beds and other full bathroom.
* 1 full bathrooms

* It is a private and individual villa with a separate entrance.

* The exterior is fully equipped with: Sun loungers, grill for
grilled meats , big table, chairs,
pool, outdoor shower and private parking.

* We provide bed linen and shower towels, but not
we provide towels for the beach or pool.

• The house has Wi-Fi Internet and fans in all rooms.

• In each of the bathrooms there is a hair dryer.

Nice villa in a good location. Starting to get a little tired although didnt reduce our enjoyment. Pool water too cold for us to spend extended times. Ran out of hot water in the showers even though there was only 4 of us. Overall though an excellent stay.

We had an excellent stay at this villa the pool was so good couldn’t get the kids out of it . Air con in the bedrooms was excellent we all got good nights sleep in very hot conditions. Could not fault our stay and the communication with the host was excellent.

Lovely Villa in Cala'n Bosch

Modern villa which is very nice inside and out and is well located with a 10 minute walk to the nearby to the Cala'n Bosch marina for restaurants as well as the amazing local beaches. It has a lovely outside area for chilling out and laying by the pool. Belen is very helpful and responsive with any questions. Apart from one noisy afternoon of music from the hotel behind (which we reported back to Belen) we had an amazing time. Thank you
