We had a last-minute reservation at Palazzo Podestà and were warmly welcomed by the owners of this stunning property. The outdoor area of this hotel is magnificent! Everything on the property and in our room was spotless. The room was very small (it was a loft but we didn’t use the second story at all). No elevator - use the beautiful marble stairs!

Danielo was an amazing host the receptionist nice girl and the cleaning Lady was excellent. I can not say more about the beautiful grounds. We were close to everything. Definitely staying here again.

The place is nice but is not in the city, so there are limited options for dinner and it is not walkable. Additionally, the personnel was rude and very strict with the checkout time. I didn't enjoyed that.

The property was beautiful but we soon learned it was a converted house. There were only 5 rooms and no one worked at the front desk unless someone was checking in. Even when we left we were alone. The property is not convenient to the downtown area and we also learned they're are no taxis or ubers at night so we had to walk along a dark road. On Expedia it said they had wine tasting and breakfast for a small charge. They didn't have either. It also said they have a shuttle. I was asked if we needed a ride to the cruise ship and I said yes. I paid 6 euros which seemed cheap but it was for a shuttle. The van did pick us up but then proceeded to charge us 20 euros, so I guess the desk clerk charged a booking fee but did not explain it to us. Overall the stay was nice but it reminds me more of an airbnd rather than a hotel. The room was lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. It also has a lovely ocean view. Make sure you have international calling incase you need help from the staff which we did because the QR code we were given to unlock our door stopped working. I am grateful the clerk answered my calls/text messages. Id give it a 3.5 star rating, nice place but not full service.

Cute but needs a bit of love

Was not totally happy with our stay. The “complimentary” food items were sort of “dated” while we had a view of the sea it also had the train so that wasn’t too fun. Wouks love to have sat outside in the garden but no comfy chairs. The room was fine for a night before a cruise. It was lovely to have an early check in…. NO welcome gift offered per the website descriptions Love the flowers

We been there 2 days before catching a cruise. We really enjoyed the quiet time all day at the pool and specially spend times under the patio to talk, listen musique, sing, drinks; il will remember this time all my life with my daugther. Nice souvenirs memories. Quiet room, good and safe organisation. The orwners are really nice and ready to reserve a taxi or anythings else. Nice coffee shop express nere the House Hope to return one day.
