Lakeside Serenity: A Modern 3BR Family Getaway

Enjoy your stay at this beautiful newly built, modern, 3 Beds, 2.5 Baths, that comfortably sleeps 6 people and is steps away from Lake Ontario. This house is perfect for short and long-term stays.
This is located less than 5 minutes off the 401, 10 min to downtown Bowmanville, less than an hour drive to Toronto. Lake Ontario is less than 5 mins away.

Imagine waking up early morning, walking to the Lake to enjoy the sunrise or going for a romantic walk to watch the sunset.
Within 5 minutes of the house, you can find beaches, trails and a large playground that features a fun splashpad in the summer months.

We have a full-size oven/stove, a dishwasher and a fridge. Our Kitchen includes plates and cutlery for your meal.

The Master Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed
The master bedroom is located on the second floor. It offers a queen size mattress and pillows for a good night's sleep. This room has a walk-in closet and an ensuite washroom.

Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 - 1 Double Bed in each room
Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are located on the second floor and offer a full size mattress and 2 pillows for a good night's sleep. Each room has a closet and an end table with a lamp.

Nice place, small size parking for trucks. If you have a boat on a trailer, there will be no place to park it. There is missing a. Couple of things in kitchen. Like fork, spoon, pasta drainer ect.. but over this the stay was amazing. Lake ontario in min walking away. Thank you
