We stayed while searching for a new house. Booked again to fly down and close. Continental breakfast had waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels, fruit, cereal, juices, yogurt and coffee.

We arrived just before midnight and the property was without power due to a thunderstorm. I understand that is out of their control. The power came back on about 1:30AM we then had air conditioning. At 6:00 AM we had no hot water for showers nothing to do with the power outage. I asked for some credit and was told they could not make that decision and the manager would contact me. Still have heard nothing.

The room smelled badly of chemicals or urine. It was noisy. A renovated accessibility room was offered. We are both able bodied cyclists. Asked to be relocated. Told nothing available. Receptionist Tyler was Argumentative and turned out to be dishonest. Went back to room and googled the hotel. The photo of the king size room was not like the room provided. Google indicated one room left in that category. I returned to Tyler with the phone and showed him. At first he denied availability and then changed his mind to indicate that it just became available 5 minutes ago. He said we couldn’t relocate because we had been in the room for one hour. (Which was down to him). I went back to accessible room. He came and offered me the room that was online. I asked to see it. Same room as we were in, nothing like depicted online. Dark and dingy. He offered a refund if we turned in the door cards. My husband and I had not unpacked anything. We were out of there in 5 minutes.

Clean and comfortable

Clean rooms, beds super comfortable!! Our halfway stop on the way to Gulf shores and I’m so glad we did. Slept like a rock! Staff is super friendly and helpful.
