The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all used bed sheets and towels in the laundry room on floor we will take care of the rest! Please take away all inside and outside trash. Take trash to dump located at entrance.
The trash dump is open Monday- Saturday 6:30AM - 7:00PM (closed on Tuesdays & Thursdays), Sunday 1:00PM - 6:00PM. Please set thermostat AC to 75 Heat to 58 Lock doors and shut all blinds.
Wash all dishes and leave in the drying rack in sink. Turn off electric fireplace heater/window units. Unplug countertop ice machine in kitchen. Return keys under the mat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We were there fishing. Great location with beautiful view. Next time i'll need to bring a board or something to clean this fish with. Kitchen is great and AC works great. Not sure about TV operation and channels available. All in all a great get away. We will be back.
