NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN !

Die Beschreibung wird dem Objekt nicht gerecht.Die Kommunikation ist sehr schlecht/ Vermieter antwortet nicht. Die Umgebung sowie das Hochhaus in dem die Wohnung liegt ist heruntergekommen. Die Informationen zu Check-In / (nicht vorhandener) Ausstattung kamen gegen 18 Uhr, Check-In ab 14 Uhr möglich. Die Kurtaxe muss vom Gast selbst bei der zugehörigen Tourist-Info bezahlt werden. Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen!

Steriles Hochhaus, welches in die Jahre gekommen ist

Der Aufenthalt war ok. Die Kommunikation des EigentĂŒmers war sehr schleppend oder gar nicht vorhanden. Man bekommt auch einfach eine WhatsApp von einer fremden Nummer mit Zugangsdaten und mußte erstmal rĂ€tseln, ob das Spam ist. Die Wohnung lag in einem trostlosen Hochhauspark. Der Wohnkomfort war soweit ok. Das Bad wurde schon lange nicht mehr renoviert. Die Toilettenbrille war lose und der Rauchmelder lag abmontiert in der Wohnung. Im 13. Stock hinterlĂ€sst das kein gutes GefĂŒhl. FĂŒr Wanderer noch BettwĂ€sche mitzuschleppen ist nicht optimal. Besteck- und Geschirrausstattung war dĂŒrftig. Um die Kurtaxe muss man sich auch selber kĂŒmmern, obwohl das laut der Homepage oberharz.de der Vermieter machen muss. Der Einlass lief aber reibungslos per Handy. Im Bett konnte man gut schlafen. GegenĂŒber war eine Therme, die wir auch gerne genutzt haben. Der Preis der Ferienwohnung war aber gĂŒnstig. Die Landschaft um Altenau ist ebenfalls schön.

Schlechte ÜberraschungstĂŒte

Zum Schlafen fĂŒr 1 Person ausreichend. Schöne Lage und Penthouse Feeling, da im 13. Stock. Schön leise und keine GerĂ€usche vom Nachbarn, nur von der TĂŒr zum Treppenhaus daneben. ABER ES WURDE ÜBERBUCHT UND IN DER LETZTEN NACHT GING DIE TÜR AUF UND EIN NEUER GAST DER SPONTAN GEBUCHT HATTE STAND DA. ANSCHEINEND WEIS DER GASTGEBER NICHT WIE ES GEBUCHT IST ODER ES INTERESSIERT IHN NICHT. DAS IST EIN SCHRECKMOMENT UND NO GO!!!!! TĂŒr ist nur mit Handy zu öffnen. Das man selbst Bettlaken, BettwĂ€schebezĂŒge und sĂ€mtliche HandtĂŒcher selbst mitbringen muss, erfĂ€hrt man erst Vorort mit dem TĂŒrcode. Putzen ĂŒbernimmt man selbst bzw. der vorherige Gast und Video beim Auszug Pflicht, wie man es verlassen hat. Kein scharfes Messer. Pfanne nicht nicht mehr beschichtet
