Absolutely horrible. One of the worst properties we have stayed in. Zero customer service. Strong industrial cleaner smell. Could not open window due to torn screen. Security door to back parking lot broken. NO HOT WATER. Run away from this hotel. Quality only in name. Should be renamed to Broken Down Inn.

This is a budget motel and was chosen because of an indoor pool, which was under construction and not usable. Staff was not exactly available and breakfast was lacking. When staff responded, they made it audibly known they were frustrated with having to do their job. Not that we’d ever come through again, but if we did we’d hit up the Beat Western instead.

I had a wonderful experience at the Quality Inn & Suites in Clayton! The check-in process was incredibly easy and efficient. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated how convenient the hotel is to access, located right off the main highway with plenty of free public parking available.One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was very good with a great variety of options to start the day right. Some of the items I enjoyed included biscuits and gravy, fresh waffles, and hot coffee.Finally, this is a fantastic pet-friendly option! They welcome both dogs and cats, and there is a very nice, grassy relief area on the property for them to use.Overall, this hotel offers great comfort and convenience. I will definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was hard to work and didn’t get hot for quite a few minutes. Breakfast was mid - they had waffle mix and a waffle iron, which was great. But pretty much all carbs except a few apples. No other fruit or yogurt.

This town is pretty bare bones. It was a halfway home stop after climbing the Oklahoma state highpoint. Staff super friendly at the hotel but it is run down and I could smell marijuana being smoked in one of the other rooms.
