Relax and unwind with the whole group at this beautiful custom home in the heart of Suncadia! We are steps away from the most desired amenities in the central Washington area!
Come stay awhile and explore the PNW and all that Suncadia and surrounding areas have to offer!

The Space-

As you enter the home, you will be inspired by the large open concept great room with soaring ceilings, a gas stone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 60' Smart TV. This room opens up into an indoor/ outdoor deck and lower patio which has plenty of seating, a large private hot tub, a fire pit, and a gas BBQ.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group! It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an oversized island with seating for 6. The large dining room table seats 10 comfortably.
The game room is a great place for the whole group to hang out and enjoy quality time!The room includes, ping pong, air hockey, a pac-man arcade, darts, and pop-o-shot.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms -

- The main floor contains the primary suite which has a king size bed, flat screen tv and large windows. The attached bathroom has a large soaking tub, tile shower and double sinks.

- The junior master suite on the 2nd floor has a king bed, flat screen tv, and attached bath with a tile shower.

- The 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor has a king bed, and shares a full bathroom with the bunk room.

- The bunk room on the 2nd floor has 2 sets of twin over full sized bed bunks, one of which has a twin trundle underneath. This room also features a full sized day bed, with a twin trundle underneath.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations**
Other things to note -

We have free parking in the driveway right in front of the home. It can fit up to about 3 cars. There is no street parking available in Suncadia.

This house has everything you need! Very clean and Cozy! We had a big group here for Christmas and had no problem fitting comfortably. There’s different parts of the house for everyone to enjoy. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for making our family Christmas special.
