As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the huge, open-concept, great room with soaring 30ft ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and and 2 Samsung Frame Smart TVs - watch multiples games at once! This room opens up to the spacious patio with a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the great outdoors when staying at this home. If its chilly at night relax under the covered patio section and enjoy the warm heaters overhead.

The fully stocked custom kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners, holidays, or feeding a large groups. Boasting floor to ceiling cabinetry, fully integrated appliances, soapstone counters, three dishwashers, 2 ovens, + an oversized island prep area with seating for 8. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 10 to 12 comfortably.

* The 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV. There is a full hall bath just outside the bedroom door with tub shower combo / separate WC area + 2 separate sinks

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, ALL cars on the paved driveway.

**For your and the homes protection, the home has a doorbell camera, an external security cameras at the front of the house facing the driveway, and at the back of the house facing the golf course.
