Bedding was clean and comfortable. Floor cleanliness was disgusting. Room was shabby. Missing 1 wardrobe door.
Only one side table.
Drop a damp towel > pick it up and it had filthy stain from contact with the floor.

We stayed in Room 11 from July 9th through to July 18th. The Grand is not a 5-star hotel/motel but our room was spacious, super clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay in Clermont. The wardrobe had ample hanging space and a large chest of drawers for all our clothes (an ironing board and an iron was also in the wardrobe). There was sufficient room at the top of the wardrobe for our luggage. On the benchtop was a microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as plates, saucers, and cups for two. Coffee sachets, tea bags, sugar sachets in a bowl. The shower had the cleanest glass I've ever seen, and the hot water was hot and plentiful. There was also a small table and two chairs and a TV on a swivel that we could watch as we ate dinner. The bed linen was white and fresh, as were the towels, hand towels, and washers in the bathroom. The staff was obliging and friendly. The Chinese Restaurant in the complex was a bonus - great food and lots of it!
