The staff was friendly, but the first room they gave us was freezing! I turned the heat on and ran it for twenty minutes and it was still pretty cold, so I called the front desk. They sent maintenance and the gentleman said the heat was working but that it would take a while to warm up since it had been off. That was unacceptable, so I asked for and got a different room. The temperature in that room was fine. That night when we tried sleeping on the beds, we just could not. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable that we were all up by 3:00 am! By 6:15, we were ready to checkout even though we had reserved the room for two nights. There was just absolutely no way we could get any sleep on those beds! I will not be returning to this or any Aloft Hotel again!
