Terrible customer service
I booked Best Western because it stated on its website it is a pet friendly hotel. It is not. After my payment was processed on site and after my dog had already been spotted in the car, I was informed that the hotel DID NOT accept pets. I asked for a refund and was refused even after I reminded them the website said it was pet friendly and that pets stay free. Very professional! And it felt “scammy.”
