Check in was easy. Great location to the trails and Helen. The hot tub was awesome. I used it several nights to relax after enjoying the nearby hiking trails. The house was very welcoming and the game room was used every night. Our 2 year old niece used the outdoor played every day. It was a great stay. Would stay at this location again.

We loved this house. It was cozy and eclectic, and perfect for our group of nine—we all had plenty of space to spread out. We took walks through the woods, spent full days on the lake fishing and relaxing, and just enjoyed being there. The host had everything you could need, from plastic bags and trash bags to laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, plus plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. If we had questions, the host responded quickly. We also hiked Mount Yonah, which is just a 5-minute drive to the trailhead, and the views at the top (you can even see the house) were amazing. We’ll definitely be back to this area of Georgia.

Perfect location!!!! So close to Helen to enjoy the Helen Christmas Festivities, and still secluded in the beautiful mountains. The house is everything I hoped it would be when bringing the family in from 3 different states. We had small busy children with us and the playground was a huge hit. This house is a 10 out of 10. We'll be back.

We loved how interesting Cameron House Retreat is! Something interesting to look at, read, play and enjoy at every turn! Owners and manager attentive although we had no issues at all. The “how to” manual answered all of our questions. We enjoyed outings to Helen, Cleveland and Sautee. Hope to come back again.

Great Getaway Resort

Very impress with the retreat home, the home was clean and spacious. It was well stocked and everything was organized in the kitchen and bathroom. The property manager and the owners were pleasant and kind. The only down side is that on the last day there were issues with the water well so water supply was slim to none. Overall it was a great place.

Great getaway!

We had a great time at this house! The game room is awesome! Smores at the firepit, a boat ride on the water, convenient location to Helen, I mean what more can you ask for? Oh yeah, to relax in the hot tub to end your awesome day! The hosts really go the extra step, so many nice touches, It's the little thoughtful things that make them great hosts.
