Elevator barely moving, bathtub doesn't drain, 2nd morning had a mouse in the room. Didn't go back asked for credit they said management would contact me. Haven't heard from anyone yet.

It’s fine
The room was fine; clean and pretty comfortable. Breakfast was good. However the customer service at check-in was rough. Maybe the front desk was having a bad night, because the vibe was as if we were a huge inconvenience for showing up.

The man at front desk attendant was extremely rude and very disrespectful to our entire party. We checked in at 4pm and asked for adjoining rooms since we had 2 rooms (7 ppl) 2 adults and 5 grandchildren for a Christmas / holiday outing. The other assistant at the desk was about to assign us adjoining rms when the man interrupted and said we booked thru “other website” (Expedia) so they had no available adjoining rooms. He also failed to inform us there was a continental breakfast before checkout in morning, the time or even where it would be. I had to ask!! Our room keys had to be reset 3 times (every time we left our rooms). This man was a poor representation of Comfort Inn and his hospitality skills were far from professional and should be reprimanded. Our grandchildren even remarked about how rude he was to our party. He certainly is not someone who should be working at front desk or even in hospitality service.
