My pillow cases were inside out as well as the bed sheets. I requested the room to be clean after the third day for fresh towels,they took the towels but did not replace and didn’t make the beds.The kitchen was closed in the evening most nights.

Staff was very nice room was dirty because I booked my room for two days and used Expedia they told us we're on the list for breakfast we had to pay out of pocket but was listed as one of the amenities and for the price I paid the pool was not available my whole stay

Elyria is not a great area. The hotel is in the parking lot of an abandoned mall. The hotel itself is nice. The coffee in the room had no cream or sugar with it. There is no outlet in the bathroom so you have to blow dry your hair in the room where there is no mirror.
