Dirty. Room smelled, carpets were very dirty. One of the down blankets must have been dried too hot and the feathers inside were hard and crusty. So uncomfortable. Chewed up gum stuck to nightstand table. Bathroom felt dirty as well. Housekeeping never refilled shampoo, conditioner, body wash or tissues/kleenex containers. Barely was enough of the soaps left for 1 person. Only 2 towels for a double bed room for 4 people.... Grout was falling out of tile in shower and looked to have mildew/mold. Staff was unprofessional, complaining to guests. Pool was unwelcoming, messy area, cold pool water. My kids were in for 5 mins and gave up.

Guest service seemed overwhelmed but not a lot of people in the lobby. Arrived at room and the room had not been cleaned. Bedding was dirty and trash still in room. Got a second room much cleaner. When walking to room someone claiming to be hotel security but not was in a heated argument with a guest. We ran to our room and locked door called service desk. Had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Place is obviously under new management. No coffee in the main lobby - that’s a first. Only time they serve coffee was in the morning, such an easy thing to do for your guests is to provide coffee 24/7 and they clearly missed the mark on this one. I’ve stayed there before when it was a Doubletree. Management, provide coffee outside of the room!

The bathroom and also the pool smelt like mildew. The hours for breakfast were wrong. Saying it continues till 1030-11 but it was over by 10, on the weekend. It is wrong hours online and also the sheet posted outside the restaurant area?? The only plus was the staff was friendly and approachable.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was disgusting. The reviews are inaccurate. The beds were so uncomfortable. When you sat down you dipped down. The floor was dirty. The towels were dirty. The tv didn’t work. The front person was rude.

We checked in and first thing was there were no batteries in the remote. It took 2 1/2 hours to get them. There was no hair dryer or alarm clock. The next day there was no room service done at all. Very disappointing. I probably will not stay here again.

If I could give 0/5, I would.

I had low expectations because of the price but I was still extremely disappointed. The place was *filthy*, we only had one towel, we had *no* shampoo. The bottles in the shower had two body wash and one conditioner and both the body wash were empty so the only soap we had was the bar of hand soap. Windows were covered in hand prints, none of the trash cans had bags and one had trash in it. Then there is the stuff I expected -- it's an ancient building, lots of wear and tear: the whole building smells weird, cracks in the porcelain sink, carpets are threadbare. I will definitely never be back.
