The hotel was fantastic. My wife and I went out for snacks in the evening, and the area around the park was a bit scary. Not the hotel's fault. But maybe a snack shop inside the hotel would help. Otherwise, the stay was great. The staff especially stood out as friendly and helpful.

The window in our room was so filthy, it was difficult to see outside. I felt the room could have used a good cleaning. Very, very dusty. However, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic also. We didn't partake of the evening feed but it looked very good.

FREE FOOD and Drinks! I mean, you cannot beat that. Lovely breakfast buffet every day w/many options. Evenings there is a free dinner, with snacks, 3 free alcholic beverages and a variety of food that was varied each night. Lovely hotel, charming, nice rooms, and great amenities. Walkable to many great things; R&R hall of fame; bears stadium; science museum; lake erie, boat rides, shops stores places to eat, teh other sport venues. The staff were so nice! HIGHLY Recommend. A great Value and bargain! I only paid for two meals out over 4 days since the food at the restaurant was so good.
