My husband and I had a very pleasant stay for our anniversary. The valet service was quick and convenient, the staff were very gracious and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. My only misgiving is that I wish the hours when complimentary food and drink were better publicized, because we realized too late that we had already missed it. I know that's partly on us, but it was easy to forget to look at the envelope with the key cards for the hours. I also was hoping to be able to walk and explore more restaurants, bars, and stores, but we did not think the "downtown" area was very lively on a Sunday night. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Perfect location for sporting events, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and the discovery museum. With a family of 6, the included hot breakfast and hot dinner was a great benefit. We also had free evening drink cards, which we didn't use, but it was nice to have. Classy hotel vibes with large rooms. We were very pleased with our stay.

I can't remember the last time we had an incredible hotel experience like the one we had. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Cleveland. It was extremely clean, staff was cheerful and courteous, amenities were numerous, and free breakfasts, dinners and drinks was icing on the cake.

Amazing! We were not expecting all of the free food, so that was an added bonus. The rooms were great and our kids really enjoyed the pool. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and pleasant.

The staff were very responsive, friendly and professional. The hotel, structurally, has issues. Three mornings in a row there was no hot water. Once the front desk was contacted the hot water was restored.
