Tough to comprehend

Was due to arrive on Friday, Called Hotel directly and ask for early check in around 2:00 pm The employee that answered said yes for a $50 fee. When I said no thank you, employee started to back pedal and say with the type of room that we booked it should be no problem. We decided to change our plans and arrive later than 4:00 check in. When we arrived, my wife had to go inside to get the Valet’s Attention. At check in Front Desk ask for credit card for incidentals, No Problem with that, But a $173.50 hold is a little steep. When I checked my credit card after checkout. Was charged for WiFi along with another kind of charge. Front Desk did not make us aware of a WiFi charge. Also got a charge for a chocolate bar in the amount of $6.48. After a phone call to the hotel the $23.50 for WiFi and chocolate bar was reimbursed. Called the GM of the Hotel around Noon today and I still haven’t received a response. The hotel did say I would have the $150 charge come off the credit card excluding the valet charge. All we did was sleep and shower in the room (very small room ) for over $200 I have used Hotels.com often and never have I encountered this type of treatment. Although, It may mean nothing, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FIDELITY HOTELS IN DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND,OHIO TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES.

Lots of potential and a beautiful hotel. Would stay again. They still have a few things to work out (didn’t have wash cloths one night, and front desk couldn’t get me any) and had to switch rooms because there was an issue with shower… but really, they hotel was a great value and those things should be correctable to make it a 10/10.

Beautifully remodeled property in a walkable area of Cleveland. Near stadiums, restaurants, transportation and museums. The staff was friendly, the bar was well done with good service, and the rooms were beautiful although small. I would stay here again.

Valet parking was north of $50. There is a self-service garage next door, but it was still $42: a considerable add-on when looking at the price. The place felt cramped, especially the room; the very dark theming didn't help. The staff, however, was phenomenal. Caroline, our bartender, was exceptionally exceptional.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL/VERY LUSH & COZY

Absolutely beautiful hotel tucked away in the downtown Cleveland area. The room was small but perfect for myself, since I was traveling alone. It was so cozy with a very prestigious look. I will most definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises and I am in Cleveland. I wanted to just stay in that comfy bed all day! The staff was super sweet and helpful as well. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, albeit short. :)
