Honestly not that nice. Everything looked very worn, the rooms weren't ready when we arrived and they put us on different floors even though we booked well in advance. Our second room didn't even have working blinds which made it impossible to sleep.

Great location! Comfortable beds! Comfortable lobby, whoie waiting to check in! We did have gummy bears on floor that didn't get cleaned up from previous guest and hallway spelled like pot, first night we returned to our room!

Came to see baseball at Progressive field. Less than 10 min walk. I did online check in and picked my own room, top floor, back side. But there appeared to be a problem so I had to go to front desk to check in. Ended up with a room on the third floor, street side. Very noisy. Not real happy about that

Hotel needs updated and cleaned

Upon arrival, there was only one guest service attendant at the desk on the night of a Cleveland guardians game. We waited in line for over 40 minutes to check into the hotel. Our room was completely filthy and not up to standard for a Hilton hotel at all.
