Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was nice, beds comfortable. The only issue was a bad odor coming from the bathroom and we still smelled it on our clothes on our way home.

Perfect location!!

We chose this location because my husband and I were attending an event at Rocket Mortage Fieldhouse. What an absolutely perfect location to stay for any event at the Fieldhouse, or to watch a Guardians game! Desk service and valet were both excellent! Extremely friendly and quick to respond. Desk clerk was fun and cheerful, and the accommodations were clean and updated. We will definitely stay here again for any event when in the city!

Julia at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The whole hotel smelled / looked clean and well taken care of and the room was comfortable for the one night we stayed. We went with the valet as every other parking option was double the valet fee and it worked great.

The bed was so uncomfortable. I could not sleep. I was rolling around the whole night. the next morning I I asked the staff for napkins and plates and the staff’s response was we don’t have anything like, and another thing, we did not have a microwave in our room, had to go to the lobby to warm your stuff up.

We stayed here for a staycation to celebrate a birthday. Loved how close the hotel is in proximity to the casino, stadiums, and other social places. The room it self was large enough to have a few people over before heading out for the night. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve had east of the Mississippi. My only concern was the bathroom could be a little more “fluffy” friendly, but I understand the building is older and space was limited. Overall the hotel was great and I’d stay here again.
