Bear Meister is a beautifully serene and private cabin on 2 acres and a trail to a flowing stream. If you spend time relaxing on the wrap around deck, you will see deer in the evenings and early mornings as well as other wildlife. Wood floors, walls and ceilings throughout. Magnificent great room with soaring, vaulted ceiling, tons of windows and beautiful floor to ceiling, stacked stone wood burning fireplace. A front door keypad is available 24 hours a day for guests convenience.

If you're planning a destination wedding, Cabin Bear Meister is only 1.2 miles to Riverpark Waterfront wedding venue, 2.5 miles to Densmore Farm, 6 miles to Sanctuary Estates, and only 7 miles to The Meadows at Mossy Creek and Cenita Winery wedding venues. A truly relaxing retreat for wine enthusiasts also looking to get away in the mountains of North Georgia!

The open floor plan also includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, and cool stone island with bar stools for extra seating. The kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs including a coffee maker, pots, pans, plate-ware, utensils, toaster, blender and even an Instapot and Breville panini sandwich press and grill. The cabin features a large screen LED SMART TV with live streaming and in the living area and a large stone wood-burning fireplace as a central feature for the living room with beautiful hand-crafted mountain laurel banisters and high ceilings with LOTS of natural light!

With all 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths on 3 separate levels - the master bedroom on the main floor has a custom king size wood/log bed, full bathroom with jetted Jacuzzi tub, double vanity with granite counter, and cozy two person tile shower! The main level porches on either side of Bear Meister offer the perfect transition from inside to outside, with the hot tub and 6 burner BBQ perfectly situated under cover. Upstairs is a queen log/wood bedroom with private bath and french doors that open to a balcony with patio seating for morning coffee.

The lower level includes a recreation room with ROKU Smart flat screen TV, pool table, 2 twin log/wood beds and lots of games for relaxing afternoons. There is also a queen log/wood bedroom on the lower level with a full bath and washer and dryer. Step out to the lower level patio and head down to the outdoor firepit for a crackling camp fire in the evening.

All ages will enjoy staying at Cabin Bear Meister and visiting the surrounding area. It's a short ride to the Bavarian village of Alpine Helen, with shops, restaurants, carriage rides, tubing, waterparks, and Georgia Mountain Coaster, the newest addition to Helen!

My husband and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and took our 5 children ages 7-13 for a week to this exceptional cabin! Our only complaint was not staying an extra day or two to just stay in the cabin to enjoy all it had to offer. The hot tub, pool table, firepit, fireplace, and downstairs games were all favorites! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated all of the extra towels, tissue boxes throughout, fully stocked spice rack, coffee for several days, and...this is a big one for a family our size...plenty of TP to last the entire trip!Our children are still talking about how much they loved "our" cabin, and hope to visit again. Many thanks to the owners for sharing this cozy mountain hideaway, for your excellent communication throughout our stay, your attention to details, and for providing a besutiful setting for magical memories to be made. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The large dining table allowed our family to eat together inside. The house comes prepared with kitchen supplies to cook, coffee supplies, bathroom supplies, and laundry supplies. The little things like that makes vacationing easier. Coffee in the morning on the porch was nice. The house is located about 10 min drive to Cleveland And 20 mins to Helen. We did not get a chance to use the hot tub or the fire pit. I do wish the path to the fire pit was paved as you have to walk through the dirt to get there.I would recommend this house for people wanting to be surrounded by nature quiet and clean house. Host was fast and great at communication.

Wonderful family trip

It was a great stay for my husband and me, as well as our three grown children, spouses and granddaughter. My husband is in a power wheelchair and the house, master bedroom and bathroom were very doable for him. The house, master bedroom and bath were large enough for him to maneuver his chair. Although most of our time was spent at the cabin we enjoyed trips to Helen and Delonaca .

Everything you could ever need or want!

The cabin was perfect! We had two teenagers and they loved every minute of this cabin. From pool to the hot tub and board games we had such an amazing family trip and made such great memories! The cabin is remote but everything can be reqched in town within a 20 minute drive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing get away

Five of us met up for a long awaited and much needed girls weekend. The cabin was the perfect place to serve as our launching off point. It was spacious, well appointed and overall amazing. THE Perfect Getaway Spot

Beautiful property in peaceful location.. Perfect place to unplug and enjoy nature and time with family! Cozy and rustic but has all the amenities and necessities you need to be comfortable and feel at home. Easy peasy check in and check out procedures. Super clean. We enjoyed ourselved greatle. The quiet retreat was wonderful after a day of sight seeing around northern Georgia. The cabin was clean, well stocked with everything needed. I cannot think of anything negative about the cabin. I am so glad we found it on VRBO. Future guests will not be disappointed in anyway.

Found fun in a rainy week!

We visited Helen several times, Unicoi state park and did the zip line! Anna ruby falls did not disappoint. We even went to the cabbage patch hospital, lol! The cabin is outstanding in its location and staging and is well equipped. Everything worked well. We mostly cooled in and suggest that two frying pans need replacing.

Bonding and relaxing

We wanted a place where we could enjoy quiet, but was close to some mountain bike trails. Having visited Cleveland and Helen numerous times, we knew we would find that in the area. We were really bowled over by the incredibly beautiful house, though. I've rented vacation homes more than 30 times in the last 20 years. We stayed all over the US from Maine to Mariposa, California and Wisconsin to Texas, as well as several in Georgia. THIS house will be in our top 5 forever! The privacy, peace, wrap-a-round porch, hot tub, pool table, and location were stellar! When we had a very minor issue, I called the property manager who hopped onto it and had all fixed in no time at all. Not only would I recommend this property and owner to my friends, I'd stay here again and again. Thank you, Bearmiester for making our short escape long on memories!

Cleveland Getaway

Place was awesome, we used the house as our home base on a motorcycle trip. We got to see so much of the surrounding areas. Great home with all the amenities. It was really peaceful and quiet in the evenings while we sat on the patio. Would recommend to anyone!
