The location was great for walking downtown and the parking was a big plus. The host was quick with responding for the most part. I'm glad we only really used the place for sleeping because it was not very comforting. The futon was hard and broken, one chair at the table, no trash bags, no shower curtain, no shampoo (had to go to the store to grab myself some), flat pillows. There was no running water we arrived but was told it was because the cleaning person accidentally turned it off, however there were dead bugs and dirt on the floor and dust all over the bathroom walls so I was suspicious of how well it was cleaned before and I was on alert after seeing and killing a cockroach. I don't have high standards by any means but I guess I felt there could be some improvements to make the guest feel like the stay is worth the money spent. That's where the location made it feel worth it. Was able to walk/ride an e-bike to everything we wanted to visit and explore. Enjoyed the night life and felt safe walking back with the amount of crossing guards and security out in the streets.
