There's enough parking for about 10 cars in the back of the house on the black top and on the large driveway. Please do NOT park on the grass area. Next to the garage on the gravel is okay.

Loud music and parties are NOT allowed. This home is located in a quiet residential area, please respect the neighborhood's peace and quiet.
