This is a mixed use apartment with store fronts on the first floor and apartments located on the second floor. Parking is free and available behind the building. Quiet, private access on a side street.

Walking Distance to Barrio, Buckeye Beer Engine and Blue Coffee and Wagar Park across the street.



Short drives to our other favorites like Lakewood Truck Park and countless other amazing bars and restaurants.



Edgewater park and beach are great for the summer months with one of my personal favorite breweries close by, Birdtown Brewing. A microbrewery with new exceptional beers and food!



Getting Around:

Lakewood is a very walkable city, and for destinations outside of Lakewood, driving to downtown is a short hop, for example. Parking is moderate throughout the city, but free on any side streets and on Avenues from 6pm-7am and on Weekends.



Lyft and Uber are also easy options with plenty of drivers available at any time of day.



Other Things to Note:

Perfect for your whole family or your remote work week with main bedroom and separate bedroom with bunk beds and workstation for isolation.
