Front desk staff so friendly and accommodating - I received the first floor I requested. The shower had hot water without having to wait for it. The room was clean with expected amenities and no outside noise. Breakfast had many options including heat-up omelettes and sandwiches, oatmeal and mini Belgian waffles. I’d stay again!

Room was clean. Tub tap dripped. Bed comfortable. Spots on bedspread. Needs higher wattage bulbs. A/C works well and not too noisy. Lobby and parking lot need a LOT more lighting but that, of course, would show up how terribly old and shabby it all is. Ground floor room was under a weight room or vending or something and there was noise all night long. Staff very friendly and quick. Coffee in breakfast room undrinkable, bad quality. Fridge clean and cold. Neighborhood too sketchy to walk in.

The staff at the front desk was great! My room had a strong smell of bleach but after about 30 minutes with the window open it was tolerable. Several of the light fixtures weren’t working but everything else in the room was fine. A good place to stay at a reasonable price.
