I need a refund, it smelled like marijuana, it felt unsafe, the bathroom was dirty and smelled like urine, the hallways were filthy and noisy, the door was not secure anyone could get in. Groups of people smoking outside the door and the elevator didn’t work

My room was moved due to ants in the bed and bathroom, the pool was freezing, the bag breakfast I refused I checked out and came home to cook breakfast. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Check in was a headache and the front desk person was rude. Housekeeping was rude. Pillows were dirty had makeup stains. Other guests were loud. I’d never stay here again

The property reminded me of the hotel in the shining - super big but no one there. My room - I think was recently renovated - it had seating for 10 + a king sized bed and it looked larger than the furniture in the room. The electrical outlet was missing a cover - and there was fresh spackle on the wall - it worked for what I needed it for.

VERY disappointing.

My room was dusty and the refrigerator and microwave were dirty with food residue. You must sit sideways on the toilet seat unless you close the door first. Their luggage carts were broken. The only working ice machine is on the first floor of the 5 floor hotel. Breakfast is a joke. stale bread or an english muffin, a dry danish or some dry cereal. No channel guide at all and the case on the tv remote was broken in half.

I had to ask for clean sheets, there wad crumbs in the sheets. There was a leak in bathroom sink pipe. Otherwise for the price, was ok. Will probably stay again.

The inside of the rooms is horrible. The whole back of the toilet seat lifts up. There was a musty smell in the room. They seem like they need to be updated for the price. The curtains and bed was dirty. The stairwell in the first floor was bad. The hotel need a new make over
