If you just need to sleep, it's okay.

Hotel was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit run down, with a fresh coat of paint. Wifi did not reach my room

The bathroom was very clean. The mattresses were firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast/cafeteria was disappointing. None of the dispensers worked. No water available, even for purchase. When we asked for extra towels, we were told that someone would bring them to our room but never showed up.

Could of been better but not terrible

The room was very dirty. Although they did come in an change the sheets an pillows an towels an empty the dirty coffee pot i still feel like it is good to mention to others before your stay because I was so tired an before I could just shower an chill i had to deal with cleaning the tub an them coming in an out of the room and the refrigerator didnt work so they had to replace it as well. I do feel like if u pay for a room it should just be done when u get there. The Breakfast bar is open 24 hours but no pancakes until 6am to 9am so all they have is corn flake cereal and yougart for breakfast where other places have more options. Other than all that the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

VERY clean and the beds were very comfortable. Updated bathroom, guy at the front desk was phenomenal and so nice, we had one issue and that was no toilet paper in the room when we got there. He gave us a roll when asked, no problem so honestly wasn’t a real issue. Would definitely recommend!

The beds were very uncomfortable. Poor water pressure for shower. Very outdated hotel. Needs to be fully renovated. The carpets were filthy. One nice thing is my room had 2 queen beds( I think they were full size) I sofa pullout bed and 2 bathrooms. The breakfast wasn't too good. Had pancake maker, some fruit, mini muffins, cold cereal. Juice machines were out of order. I would not recommend if you want to sleep comfortably.

Good room but beware

Good overnight stay during a longer trip. Nice room, bed, linens, TV & bath although we didn't notice until morning there was only 1 bath towel. 2 floor hotel, NO ELEVATOR, it was tough slugging our bags upstairs at our senior citizen ages. West facing room was not cooled by air conditioner until late evening. We did not use the breakfast room so no report on that. Reasonable price despite some pitfalls, just be aware.

We stayed at this property when it was a Super 8. The ownership went private and ditched Super 8. The employees are extremely kind. The rooms desperately need to be updated. Paint is chipping off the walls and doors. Half of the beverage machines on the property are marked out of order, including those in the breakfast area. Breakfast options are very limited. I hope ownership will make necessary upgrades and repairs, as the property is one of few in the Cleveland area that is safe.

It looks pretty in the pictures you posted, but in reality it was horrible, super old, and the bed was uneven. The matress was old and sinking in the middle which made it very difficult to sleep. The carpet and the couch were also soo dirty. Very disappointed 😞

The bathroom had mold and the sink had no hot water. The tub was strange as it didnt have a flat bottom and i almost fell getting in. The room smelled wierd and the ceiling was falling down. No tv remote. I believe it under new management and they are trying to update but as of right now this is how i saw it.
