If you are looking for a house with a high level of cleanliness, this is a good choice. The owner came in 2x during our 4 day stay to clean and tidy up the common areas. She was quick to communicate with us daily. A couple of concerns:There are 3 bedrooms. The 4th is an exercise room which we used daily and enjoyed. Luckily one of our 3 teens was happy to sleep in the upstairs common room. The downstairs common area is accessible but the owner asks that you don’t sit, touch or otherwise use that space. This was inconvenient for us as we had to use the upstairs common area for a bedroom. If you have children it will be hard/impossible to keep them out of that space. Although there are pictures of a clothes washer and dryer they are not available to use (and not included in the listing). There was instant coffee available but no coffee pot. She did provide paper plates and plastic utensils but there was no plates, bowls, or silverware (which was fine as we needed to hand wash anyway). On our checkout day the owner said she needed to come in 3hours before our official check out time. We gave her the time frame we would be leaving her home (9:30am) which would give her plenty of time. She arrived at 8:45 and promptly started cleaning and asking where some of her items were (pillow cover and a washcloth). This was frustrating as we were trying to pack and get out so we could make our flight. Overall beautiful home. Wish the pics were more accurate
