I was told at check-in that the airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes 24/7. I was asked to reserve a time, and I chose 6am. Was told to arrive 5 minutes early. When I arrived at the desk for checkout, I inquired about the shuttle, and was told that the next available was at 6:45am, as the shuttle was off property, and filled with church goers. I was told that the check-in clerk must not have consulted the schedule. It sounds like some more training is needed. I ended up taking a ride share.

We were only here for a night but upon arrival (I had done online check-in), we were told we had 2 free bottles of water in the fridge but when the counter staff saw we were 4, she allowed us to take 2 extra. The hotel itself is actually pretty cool. It is very trippy - like 50’s-60’s color/decor. There was even a wine vending machine in the lobby. It is very institutional looking in the hallways. We joked that we were waiting for the 2 twin girls to show up in the hallway. The room itself was very spacious. We were surprised by it. There is no tub which is fine if you don’t have small children but it is a total walk in so people with issues stepping over the side of the tub will like this. Pillows were soft but I can’t seem to get away from that. It is situated across the street from the airport and a NASA research center. I couldn’t hear the planes from inside. We went to dinner about 8-10 mins away - there is a mall with many dining options close by. I would stay here again if the need arose to be in Cleveland again.

We really enjoyed staying at The Orbit! The staff were so friendly, and the room and building were very cool. Our only complaint is that the A/C in our room (206) made 2 very loud clicking sounds when switching on to cool. This happened about every half hour throughout the day and night, and made it a bit difficult to stay asleep at night. Just thought we'd let you know in case you guys were unaware! :-) We will definitely come back if in the Cleveland area!

Comes with History!

The staff was great from the time I got there till the time I left. There was a mixed up in my booking but the staff made it work. There’s nothing around since it’s in an industrial area but the wine dispenser was a good idea. Unfortunately, it did not work for me as I had a perpetual message that I was out of credit!!!
