I probably won’t stay again

I had to wait 2 hours for my room to be ready. I booked an accessible room with a roll in shower but did not get it. I was also supposed to get bathrobes but didn’t. The body wash pump bottle in the shower was empty. But the positive was the bed was comfortable

I loved how urban it was with people of different ethnicities! I didn’t feel out numbered by up tight snobby staff and patrons whom have any common courtesy! Folks smiled greeted said Goodmorning and were very inviting! First time comin to Ohio for an nba game!!! And I want to come back and I will stay here!

The staff was so friendly and efficient! We had an issue with our thermostat, and we had a new one put in by the kindest maintenance worker within 45 minutes of our call. I really hope Camerae is in the lobby when you arrive or leave! He made our weekend, making us feel truly valued. If we return to Cleveland, this is where we'll be staying!

There was no housekeeping, although it was expected to be every other day. The elevator broke both days and we found ourselves stuck on it twice. Staff was not helpful with the situation. The manager had to interview.
