My family and I were in town for an event in Cleveland and we found this gem about 10 minutes from downtown. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We were greeted with bottles of water and a snack. Hot and cold breakfast was included. The rooms were clean and spacious and there was a water bottle filling station in the lobby. Around the clock coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I would definitely stay here again.

Room 230. 1. Our toilet did not flush. Handle was broken. We had to remove lid and manually pull the lever to flush the toilet. 2. The kleenex box in bathroom was empty 3. The staff at check-in were great, and made an effort to find us a bucket to take ice to our room…..no ice buckets

The staff were all great! But The wood looking floors were dirty, not visable but i spilled water and the paper towels and hotel towel i used to clean up were gross and dirty! The toilet quit flushing by early morning and my husband fixed it but in a few hours just before we left it would not flush again! The king bed room had only one chair, no rugs.

I loved everything about the hotel, the staff and my stay with just one exception. the selection of the frozen foods available was minimal and they were obviously frozen and thawed several times in that small freezer they were held in.
