NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. In the event of a party, we will cancel your reservation with no refund, and we will charge an additional $1,000 penalty.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY If our cleaning staff detects the smell of smoke inside the property, we will charge an additional penalty of $500.

This condo was super clean, cozy, and well stocked for a week stay with my little family. The condo was just as pictured. Elegant furnishings but kid friendly. We loved the view of the canal from the balcony and enjoyed watching ships drive by. The host was very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again as we enjoyed it that much!

Cozy condo right on the waterway with walking distance to Roland Martins Tiki bar! The host was pleasant and checked on our stay mid week! This location offers a place for fish cleaning which is awesome especially after fishing the Everglades for oscars! We will be back! Highly recommend!
