Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash and put away used dishes. Put all trash inside the cans located at the side porch. Empty dresser drawers, check under beds, collect personal chargers, cords, devices.
Place used sheets & towels inside the washer. Return blankets, duvets and throws where found.
Turn off stove, TV's, heaters/fans & lights. AC/Heating units - retun both remote control to the coffee table. Lock windows and CLOSE blinds and curtains. Securely shut both doors. Thank you!

Thanksgiving with Family

This is a great little location. I'm originally from the area and still have family here. The villa is centrally located providing easy access to Covington, the mountains, and is less than 5 minutes from Clifton Forge shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

At first sight I saw a unit that needed a new roof and siding. Scared me until we went inside, where the unit was ultra clean and good for my 11 month granddaughter. granddaughter
