Altitude Adjustment

This spacious 4 Bed 3 Bath home offers a modern feel with the capacity to sleep up to 18 people. Altitude Adjustment is in the village and is over 3600 square feet so it would be perfect for planning your next family reunion. This home is two story with a beautiful spiral staircase. Upstairs you will find a fully stocked kitchen, just bring your own groceries. Upstairs also has a cozy living room with Roku TV for your viewing pleasure and a pellet stove to keep you warm and a separate sitting area at the other end of the house. There are 3 Bedrooms upstairs; The master bedroom with a private bath has a king size bed, a crib and a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 has a King size bed and a bunk bed with two full size beds. Bedroom #3 has a Queen. Down the spiral staircase on the second level, you’ll find another living room with a Roku Tv so you can stream all your favorite shows and an office area if you need to get some work done. Also in the downstairs living area is a twin sized bed with a trundle perfect for the kiddos. The spacious bedroom downstairs has a queen, full and two twin sized beds. Big enough for a whole family! All the greatness doesn’t stop there. This home also has a pit boss grill on the back deck, a two-car garage available for guest use, and a fenced in yard to keep the dogs and kids safe. Yes, that’s right, you can bring your dogs. Maximum of two dogs under 50 lbs with agent approval. $30 pet fee applies. No power, no problems. This home has a back up generator and solar panels. All of this is available for $275 per night on non-holidays and $300 per night on Holidays. Wheelchair accessibility may be possible. Ask a rental agent for more information.

The location was perfect- just a few minutes to downtown and to the trails, and located on a quiet, walkable street. Plenty of space for our party of 8 people and 2 dogs. We loved the fenced yard for the kids and dogs to run around in. Would definitely stay here again on our next Cloudcroft vacation.

We enjoyed staying at this property. There were a few outlets downstairs that didn’t work but it didn’t affect our stay, we just used a different one. The house is huge and clean. I would book again.

Check in process was easy and property was clean. It has all amenities needed and owner responds to messages very fast. We forgot to pay pet fee, and last minute she was able to added. I would recommend this property for a big group in a great place. It has an awesome view!!

The house is amazing, expectations went above and beyond of what we expected. We were a party of 12 and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their privacy or enjoy time together. Beautiful Home in Cloudcroft

Enjoyed our time in Cloudcroft and the property is truly unique and comfortable. Check in was more challenging with limited communication and slow response. Everything did work out in the end and I would come back.

Something for everyone

We have a huge family and we enjoy the outdoors. This is our favorite place to stay! We love how open the spaces are for us to come together and spread out, if we need some quiet time. From ping pong challenges to cooking together to enjoying a movie - it's never a dull moment! We recommend knowing how to use the pellet stoves, especially downstairs because there can be a chill in the air during winter months. We can't wait to go back!

Great family vacation house.

Lots of room! Amazing yard for kids and dogs! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood! Ping pong, fooseball, games, and open space all made the stay fun for all ages. Beds were comfortable! Altitude adjustment was great!

Perfect Family Getaway

The place was roomy, well lit, comfortable, toddler friendly (not toddler proof), lots of fun things to do. We made a quick trip to White Sands NP, sledded down the driveway, watched deer from the windows, and played table tennis. The host responded quickly to our requests. The large kitchen had lots of cooking appliances. We parked a Telluride and a Traverse in the garage. The spiral staircase was well gated at the top. Very comfortable matresses everywhere.
