Great home for the Coachella Fest and Stagecoach just minutes away. A 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home.
Pool and Spa with a big backyard for relaxing or just to hangout. Open layout house with awesome mountain views. Close to restaurants, bars, and parks. Great neighborhood and lots of parking. Backyard is set up with covered patio and great landscaping with also a patio set to sit down and relax with a drink or food.

Coachella Trip

The listing claimed the house accommodated 8–10 people, yet there were only 5 towels provided for our entire stay. The floors were filthy, and we found chips on the couch upon arrival. Even more frustrating, the refrigerator was full of the owner’s personal items, leaving barely any space for our food and beverages.There were no paper towels, the jacuzzi didn’t work, and the AC was locked at 77 degrees with no way to adjust it, which made sleeping uncomfortable.To top it off, the listing stated that the reservation was fully refundable up to two months before check-in, which was a big factor in our decision to book. However, after booking, the host claimed they changed their cancellation policy and that the reservation was locked in immediately. This felt misleading and unfair.Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not at all what we expected based on the listing. I would strongly caution others before booking this property without thoroughly verifying the details with the host ahead of time.

Really great experience!

The landlord was extremely helpful and courteous. She made us feel right at home and always answered quickly if we had any questions. The location was perfect for the event we attended and it is in a nice quiet neighborhood
