KITCHEN: Fully equipped, Keurig coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishware & flatware, dishwasher, oven, microwave, dining table

GENERAL: Free WiFi, central air conditioning & heating, hair dryer, hangers, in- unit laundry machines, iron/board, linens/towels, trash bags/paper towels

GUEST ACCESS:
Treat our place like home as you will have full access to the house and backyard. No garage access (just yet).

Other things to note:

HOUSE RULES: Absolutely no parties or events, large gatherings are welcome within the capacity of 10. Anything deemed excessive of a large gathering will lead to automatic eviction.

NOISE LEVELS: Guests should respect all designated quiets hours. Noise levels must be lowered after 11pm. Noise complaints will be met with a warning.

PARKING DESIGNATIONS: guests should be mindful of designated parking locations and hours, and the number of cars that is allowed. Driveway (2 Vehicles) Street Parking available

TRASH: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash that exceed the neighborhood norm.

POOL SERVICE:
We have a pool service on Monday's and Thursday's.

UNWANTED PESTS: Pest control is on a scheduled maintenance (every 3 weeks)

PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking house.

Guests please wash own dishes and follow check out rules.

We have a pool cleaner that will come twice a week on Monday's and Thursday's. Friday's are trash pick up days.
